Question
How should I answer each question?
Answer
Answer the questions based on your feelings and thoughts about your resilience. You will indicate how often you feel or think a certain way. The best approach is to answer fairly quickly. That is, do not try to count up the number of times you felt a particular way; rather, indicate the answer that seems like a reasonable estimate.
Question
How is my resilience level calculated?
Answer
Each question in the resilience assessment is equally weighted, with each answer having specific points assigned to it. As you answer each question, your answers will accumulate points which add up to create your final score at the end of the assessment. Your final score will dictate where you fall on the Perceived Resilience Scale.
