These are some questions that might tell you the status of your work-life balance – something you feel when your work and non-work activities are in harmony and are compatible with your current goals and priorities. This podcast discusses what a healthy work-life balance may look like, possible consequences of a work-life imbalance, and manageable tips to improve one’s work-life balance.
