- Stand with your arms outstretched in front, at shoulder height with palms up
- Breathe in as you bring your arms backward, keeping palms up
- Breathe out as you bring your arms back in front of you
- Move slowly and squeeze your shoulder blades together as your arms move backward
- Focus on posture, core stabilization, slow movements, and keep arms at shoulder height
- Only bring your arms as far back as is comfortable to your chest and back
