Hydration: Tips to Succeed

Tips to succeed:

  1. Have a cup or water bottle and know how many ounces it is.
  2. Pay attention to the size of cup or bottle you use when you're not using your own.
  3. Plan to talk about your progress with a Health Coach during your sessions.
  4. Log progress every time you refill your container or finish a glass/bottle of water.
